OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Our design process is customized to each client to fit their project needs —- Here is an overview of main stages of the process and what to expect at each stage.

Inquiry & Intake

Let’s get to know each other. We will have a phone call to chat about your business and the scope of the project. Should we decide it’s a good fit, we will book a start date for the project.

Discovery & Strategy
|
We will dive into your online presentation needs, and ask that you pass on any content, branding, or design ideas that you would like to include in the project. Next, we will have you fill out a strategy questionnaire to help us create a custom strategy and visual direction for your project. We will then followup with a 1:1 strategy call. This is to make sure we’re both aligned with the vision moving forward.

Design & Refine

This is the part where you get to sit back and relax while we get to work on the design. Timeline for the design stage will depend on the scope of the project. For web design projects, we will design and present the homepage initially. After implementing any required refinements to the homepage, we’ll build out the remainder of the website for your final approval. For branding projects, we will design the logo initially and once refined and approved we will move on to designing the rest of the branding package materials.

Deliver & Launch
|
Once everything is finalized and approved, we will hand ownership of the website over to you, as well as instructions on how to launch your site and all deliverables.
